Delete Your Account – Flap Rewards

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to request account deletion

• Open the Flap Rewards app
• Go to your profile/settings
• Request account deletion
• Or contact us via email

You can also request account deletion by sending an email to:

What data will be deleted

• Your account information (email, username)
• Your in-app data and rewards

Data retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal or security purposes.

Processing time

Your request will be processed within 7 days.
